I design experiences that are emotive, trust invoking and persuasive, in addition to being simple and usable. I believe that once you understand the drives and blocks that make up the users’ emotion, it is just a matter of translating those insights into interactions. This makes the product experience more meaningful and creates delight. Consistency, scalability and performance are aspects I take very seriously during design.
